MoffD is not "undermining your right to free speech". He just pointed out that your post was off-topic.

You're not even criticizing America. You're outright lashing out at him with personal insults simply because he hasn't been to Australia or something...?
It's fine if you believe that Australia is better off as a country, stick to your opinion by all means, but please keep it to yourself. Your rants won't help anybody or change anything, not on this forum. It should be obvious that the right to free speech protects you against oppressive censorship, not ridicule.

If an American can afford to visit Canada, they can afford to visit Australia full stop!

MoffD wrote:@nanomekia Where'd you find marmite? I'd like to try it too.
Whole Foods, believe it or not. Got a small jar; it'll last me years. (It's delicious over butter.)
That over with...
Rorie. Mate. C'mon. Take a deep breath and have some tea. No one's trying to undermine anything. You're upset as hell, I get that, I'm quite cross myself, but being cross doesn't make ya anything but tired. We're trying to understand your point of view a little better and when you're lashing out and attacking us for it, it's a little hard to do. Little breather, alright? We'll still be here once you've calmed down.

That's for me to know and you not to find out, I'll take my chances and you can take yours but I will not back down and if it's takes banishment to silence me, there's no chance in hell that's I'll will ever give up in the defense of my country that's I'm proud to call home, You can't be Aussie unless you're born Australian, and being born American and criticizing Australia just goes to prove that Americans know nothing about Australia at all thanks to their republican buddies who believe what's comes out of the horses mouth!
If you vote Republican, You're a traitor, PERIOD!

Just a couple of random questions but these have slightly bothered me for years; firstly why is it that a number of words are spelt differently in America and American held territories? Was there some sort of evolution in the language at the time or was there something else like anti-English sentiment? Secondly, how about the counting system?
I couldn't care less about it but I do want to know and I'm too lazy to check the net.
[offtopic]I find Abbot to be a mild mannered Trump but he can't orate well at all. To this day I'm convinced that he played a critical role in the death of Andrew Chan and Myuran Sukumaran, simply by antagonizing Indonesia.[/offtopic]

Chan & Sukumaran knew what they were doing, they knew that their crimes would lead to the death penalty and even though they were reformed crims, they deserved what they had coming and I commend the Indonesia Government for sticking it up to Australia and not let the Australian Government interfere with the foreign affairs or legal system of another country outside of their jurisdiction, I'm against Capital Punishment but these 2 men knew exactly what they were doing and I am pleased that the President of Indonesia showed no mercy!
