I actually never played the original version because I thought "bleh, just another normal Vorticons mod..." :o What was changed between this version and the original? This version was really awesome. I loved the river levels most.

I just played a few levels and I am already addicted! :crazy
The art style is beautiful and the animations looks so nice and fluid - I also like watchen the bananasaurus jump for some reason.

I think I found a bug. At the final level, you can jump in the narrow shaft in the picture from one of the containers holding the Bananasauros herd. However, you can also cross through the tiles left of the shaft:

Oh, and I accidently (I mean it) found the way to the secret level. Swish.

I'm not sure though, but are you supposed to be able to jump accross all of the pyramids?

It wasn't intentional, no :o
I guess now it's like the Caves of Oblivion, only it's possible to finish it the hard way.

it wasn't intentional? :0

It felt pretty much like it, because the hard way is ridiculously hard but has so many extra lifes to offer.

I've been playing Rage lately, but decided to download and play this. Wow! What an addictive game! The graphics are great, the difficulty is well balanced and the music is cool. Neat world map and a lot of variety. Excellent job! It really is one of the best and high quality vorticons mods.

Trying to unrar this it says the file is either unknown format or damaged. That no archive was found. Can someone provide a working file to download?

I did. Apparently I read the name incorrectly and typed in "Bananasaurus" so no wonder it didn't find a page for it. Thanks!

EDIT:

But now it won't start.
It says "Keen 1-3 Adlib Music TSR - by Napalm
Uninstalled from INT 0x65"

What does that mean? And why won't it start the game at all if the issue is only the music aspect?

Nothing unusual. I downloaded it from the Wiki page, unzipped it with 7z, shortened the folder name to banana, opened the Dosbox, typed in the correct directory/folder, and then ran the banana.bat. And that's the message it gives me whilst refused to launch the game.

EDIT:

Okay, today it launches it. Whatever it's problem was yesterday it's apparently gotten over it. ^^
