Dome of Darkness Background

Post by Scilicet »

Is it possible to get just the purple-brain background from the Domes of Darkness? I'd like to use it as a desktop background.

Yes.

C/P into MS Paint, find the tiling patterns, and then C/P repeatedly into another MS Paint file with your desired resolution. You may wish up scale the image up by 300% or 400%.

Or Troublesomekeen will post 30 seconds before me and actually do it for you. =P

I still might recommend upscaling the image by 3.

Thanks, TroublesomeKeen. I zoomed in a little bit so I could get a better view of the texture, and it looks great.

If you want to think me stupid for not considering what GoldenRishi said, go ahead. I did something similar in Paint It once, so it probably should have occurred to me.
