I have to get up around 6am, as summer fades this has become before sunrise. The upcomming DST will in essence let me get an hour's extra sleep and not making awakening so tiresome, so I at least see a benefit from it.

It seems the one-way-up tiles shatter Keen's shots, this will need to be worked on. (I'm wondering if the 'cradle' property will work better.) A very nifty demonstration that also shows the work that needs to be done.

I am curious: what exactly did you do to get the levels so small? Just eyeballing the GAMEMAPS file contents, it looks unlike any other maps file I've ever seen. I think in the end 'those people' were ignorant but not stupid and that it's a pity this is the case. In the end Commander Keen won out, in a sense. Technical superiority won out. Games like Duke 1 fell to the wayside (Followed by Keen five minutes after everyone saw Doom and went 'Well that's enoug...
